SHIPPING PROCESSING TIMES

Your order will be shipped within one business day of ordering if the product is in stock. Products that are not in stock will be delivered to you within 8 weeks of your order.
 
SHIPPING METHODS
Our shipments are handled by our logistics partner to ensure that shipments are complete and timely. Depending on the product and destination, we work with PostNL, UPS, and DHL.
 
COSTS
For non-fragile products, we charge a fee of € 4,95 per shipment.
For fragile products, we have a rate of € 79,- per shipment.
For heavy products, we have a rate of € 99,- per shipment.
 
TRACKING

After sending your order, you will receive a track & trace code from our logistics partner.
 
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

In the event that you receive a damaged item, you can return it. You must contact info@lush-living.nl within 24 hours of receipt. In this message, you describe the damage and attach photos of the damage to your product. Then you can send the damaged product in its original packaging to Lush Living Design BV, Weerenweg 10, 1161AH Zwanenburg.
 
DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCTS

If you are dissatisfied with your products, you must send a message to info@lush-living.nl within 24 hours of receipt. In this message, clearly explain the source of your dissatisfaction. We will then contact you within 5 business days to address your complaint.
 
PRODUCT WARRANTY

We offer a 30-day warranty on our products. No warranty is provided on products made of wood.
 
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

For orders of products that need to be shipped to a country or location where import duties or customs charges must be paid, the customer is responsible for these costs.
